Her initial experience was jumpstarted as a senior leader within the people function for marquee organizations including Motorola, United Airlines, Owens Corning, Accenture, and Bersin & Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte). In early 2016, she launched her own “people powering performance” firm Laci Loew & Company LLC Using her proprietary research methodology and science-based evidence, global organizations of all sizes and in all industries have relied on Laci to enable cultural fluency to optimize the performance of people, the creativity of teams, and the results of the business. The secret to their success lies in leveraging Laci’s unique and exclusive “how to” approach for accelerating human insights, developing products, programs, and solutions that shape an irresistible workplace, and creating people experiences that respect the expectations of today’s multigenerational workforce -- a workforce that values social responsibility, assumes inclusivity, and acts with respect for all.
