With 15 years of experience in customer service and sales management, Robert understands the importance of creating outstanding customer experiences for business results. He joined Kansas City Power & Light in 2013 and quickly moved up the ranks from customer service representative into a leadership role. Always focused on the customer, Robert directs quality assurance efforts including the oversight of Hallmark’s Customer Care program. He inspires employee engagement by maintaining a positive environment through collaboration and teamwork.
